You can view you program statistics by clicking on the "View all" link under the quick program stats table on the "My Office" page or the "My Programs" link on the same page. These are overall statistics for your affiliate program calculated since the program was launched at eProfit. You can use it to track your program's performance and total revenue.
The stastics table that appears when viewing program details displays the
following data:
impressions - the total number of times all of your advertising materials
were shown on affiliates' websites since your program was launched
hits - the total number of times the pages of your website have been
viewed since your program was launched
clicks - the number of times affiliates website's visitors have clicked
on your links since you launched your program
leads - the number of actions (registrations, sign ups etc.) completed
on your advertised website by visitors reffered by your affiliates.
sales - the number of purchases made on your camapaign website by visitors
from affiliates' websites.
sales amount - total amount (USD) of purchases made on your program
website.
visitors - the number of visitors (users with unique browser cookies)
who came to your website. This is tracked in the following way: the number of unique
visitors per day is multiplied by the number of days your program has been
running at eProfit.
commissions - the total amount of commissions paid to all affiliates
for promoting the current program since the program was started at eProfit.
CTR- click-through rate of all advertising materials shown on all affiliate
websites participating in your program (percentage). Click-through rate is
the ratio of the number of times users click on your advertisements to number
of impressions. For example, if one out of 100 people who visit your affiliates'
websites clicks on your links and is taken to your program website, the CTR
of all advertisements is 1%.
You can also track the daily revenue of each of your programs. To view
the daily performance for any of your programs, please do the following:
1. Open the program details in "My Programs" section of "My
Office".
2. Click the "View Invoices" link.
You will see the list of all invoices for this program which allows you to see your expenses for a specific date and specific affiliate site. Invoices for every program are generated by eProfit daily.
The table of invoices displays the following parameters for each invoice:
Invoice ID - the identification number of the current invoice. Used for
system purposes only.
Program Name - the name of the program this invoice belongs to.
Site Name - the website's name of the affiliate who receives the commission.
Amount - the invoice amount.
Date - the date when the invoice was generated.
Paid - shows whether the invoice was paid.
Invoices can have 3 statuses:
paid - you have sufficient funds on your account and the invoice was
paid automatically.
not paid - the invoice was generated after you had run out of funds
on your account and was not paid.
suspicious - this invoice can be marked as suspicious and will not be
paid automatically if there have been too many actions of the same type from
one visitor (with same IP) attracted to your site by the current partner. These
cases are investigated by eProfit administrators and the invoice will not be
paid until it is clear that the case is not fraud.
eProfit allows you to view the performance of any banner/link belonging to
your affiliate program.
1. To do this, open one of your programs in "My Programs" section
of "My Office" by clicking on its name.
2. Click on the "View Banners" link. You will see the list of all
banners for the current program.
3. Navigate through the list to view statistics for each ad.
The banner statistics table displays the following data:
impressions - the total number of times this banner/link has been shown
on affiliates' websites since it was added to your program.
hits - the total number of times the pages of your website has been viewed
after this ad was clicked.
clicks - the number of times affiliate website's visitors have clicked
on this ad.
leads - the number of actions (registrations, sign ups etc.) completed
on your advertised website by visitors who clicked on this ad.
sales - the number of purchases made on your camapaign website by visitors
who clicked on this ad.
sales amount - total amount (in USD) of purchases made on your program
website by visitors who came to your website by clicking on this ad.
visitors - the number of visitors (users with unique browser cookies)
who came to your website by clicking on this ad. This is tracked in the following
way: the number of unique visitors per day is multiplied by the number of days
your program has been running at eProfit.
commissions - the total commissions amount paid to affiliates for promoting
the current program and showing this ad on their websites.
CTR - click-through rate of the advertisement (percentage). Click-through
rate is the ratio of the number of times users click on your advertisement to
number of impressions. For example, if one out of 100 people who visit your
affiliates' websites clicks on your links and is taken to your program website,
the CTR of the advertisiment is 1%.
EPM - Earnings Per Thousand Impressions. This number shows the amount
of money you had spent by the time this ad was shown 1000 times. This statistic
is a good way to judge how effective your affiliate program is.
In order to invite a well-performing affiliate website to your affiliate program which would bring you profit you can view its statistics and evaluate if it is worth working with this website or not.
To view affiliate website statistics:
Find a website you would like to invite for participation in your affiliate
program and open its details.
