After you have added your program it will appear in the list of all your programs which can be accessed by clicking "My Programs" link in "My Office".
The list shows all the programs that you have created at eProfit.
Program Statuses
Affiliate programs can have 5 statuses at eProfit. Program status is
displayed in red or green for each program at eProfit.
Statuses:
Approval pending - This program has been added but not yet approved
by eProfit administrators. When your program has this status you cannot invite
affiliates to participate in it, but you can upload advertising materials to
be shown on affiliates' websites and place trackers
on your website so that after your program has been approved you would be ready
to launch it immediately. You can edit, delete your program, view, add and delete banners,
get trackers code. Usually programs are reviewed by moderators within 24 hours.
Rejected by moderator - This program has been rejected by an administrator.
The most common reason - the program does not comply with eProfit Terms
and Conditions. If a program is rejected by administrators you receive
a corresponding notification explaining why it has happened. You can then edit/correct
your program and it will be checked by our administrators once again.
Temporarily blocked - This program has been temporarily blocked because of
insufficient funds on your account. You need to have a certain amount of money
on your account at eProfit to run affiliate programs. When you run out of
funds, the current programs will become temporarily blocked until you add funds
to your account. The program is then automatically resumed.
Not active - You have suspended your program for some reason. Advertising
materials are not displayed on your affiliates' websites. The program will remain
inactive until you activate it again.
Active - The program is active.
Each program table displays the following information:

What is a tracker?
A tracker is a 1 pixel transparent GIF image placed on merchant's website
and used to track actions performed by visitors on merchant's website, such
as sales and leads. Trackers are also used by eProfit to track hits, verified
clicks and preorders on your website. eProfit's trackers communicate back to
our tracking server reporting the information needed to track visitors' actions.
You can receive tracker code for your program by clicking on the "Get
tracker code" link in the right menu of the selected program. The set
of trackers depends on the commission types you selected for your programs.
The following actions require a tracker installed on your website pages:
Hit - This tracker has to be installed on all pages of your website.
Other trackers can be placed along with this one. This tracker is used to track
hits, verified clicks and hosts.
You don't have to change anything in the tracker code for this action.
Lead - In order to track leads you will have to install the tracker on
the lead confirmation/thank you page.
You don't have to change anything in the tracker code for this action.
Sale - In order to track sales, this eProfit tracker must be installed
on the sale confirmation page.
The [summ] parameter must be replaced with sale amount, [your_id] must be replaced
with your sale ID or invoice ID. This ID has to be unique for every sale on
your website.
Code example: <SCRIPT SRC="http://t.eprofit.com/tracker.js.php?id_event=5&id_program=60&summ=[summ]&foreign_key=[your_id]"></SCRIPT>
In this example the code fragments that you will have to change are marked in bold.

Actions and commissions explained
Trackers are unique for every program. It is better to place trackers in the beginning of the page. Each tracker shows 1x1 pixel transparent image and is not visible to your website users.
Invoices for every program are generated by eProfit daily.
The table of invoices displays the following parameters for each invoice:
Invoice ID - the identification number of the current invoice. Used for
system purposes only.
Program Name - the name of the program this invoice belongs to.
Site Name - The website name of the affiliate who receives the commission.
Amount - The invoice amount.
Date - the date when the invoice was generated.
Paid - shows whether the invoice was paid. By default all invoices are paid
automatically without your participation in case you have enough funds on your
account. If you do not, your program is blocked and your banners are not displayed
on affiliate's websites. In case your affiliates are still generating sales (cookies
at eProfit are stored for 30 days) invoices are still generated too. These
invoices will become paid after you have added funds to your account.
Invoices can have 3 statuses:
paid - you have sufficient funds on your account and the invoice was
paid automatically.
not paid - the invoice was generated after you had run out of funds
on your account and was not paid.
suspicious - this invoice can be marked as suspicious and will not be
paid automatically if there have been too many actions of the same type from
one visitor (with same IP), attracted to your site by the current partner. These
cases are investigated by eProfit administrators and the invoice will not be
paid until it is clear that the case is not fraud.
