Inviting Affiliates

Inviting affiliate's websites to your program

After you have created a program and uploaded advertising materials you can invite affiliates to join it.
The affiliates, in their turn, will start applying to your program. You can then approve or reject any affiliate application in "My Affiliates" section of "My Office" at eProfit.
While starting a program merchants select the way they would like to accept sites to participate in their programs.
You can choose to:
- automatically accept all affiliates' websites to participate in your program. Affiliates will not need to send an application to you.
- accept websites only from the category that matches your program
- accept sites manually. Affiliates will have to apply to your program first and you will be able to manually approve or reject their applications.

In any case you can invite affiliates whose sites you would like to show your ads.

To invite a site to participate in your program:
Navigate to My Office -> Find Site
Search for sites you would like to invite as described here.
The page showing the list of sites that you have selected and the list of your active programs will appear. Sites can be invited to more than one program.
Use the checkbox opposite every program name to select the programs you would like to invite these sites to and press the "Invite to selected programs" button. An invitation will be sent to the affiliates. The invited sites will appear in "My Affiliates" list.

There can be two cases when your invitation is accepted immediately:


• The affiliate has set program approval mode for this site to "All" - all programs are accepted immediately.
• The affiliate has set program approval mode for this site to "By category" - in case your program is posted in the same category as that site it is accepted immediately.
