You can view you website statistics by clicking on the name of the website of "My Sites" page. The name of the website is the first element shown in the table in bold font (above the site's URL). You can use it to track your website performance and total revenue.
The statistics table for affiliate websites displays the following data:
impressions - the total number of times all merchants' advertising materials
were shown on your website.
hits - the total number of times the pages of your website have been
viewed since it was added to the system.
clicks - the number of times your website visitors have clicked on advertising
materials.
leads - the number of actions (registrations, sign ups etc.) effected
on affiliate program websites by visitors referred by your website.
sales - the number of purchases made on advertised websites by visitors
from your website.
sales amount - total amount (USD) of purchases made on merchants' program
websites by visitors from your websites.
preorders - the number of preorders placed on merchants' websites by visitors
from your website.
visitors - the number of visitors (users with unique browser cookies)
who came to merchants' websites from your websites. This is tracked in the following
way: the number of unique visitors per day is multiplied by the number of days
your website has been running at eProfit.
commissions - the total amount of commissions paid to this website for
promoting the merchants' programs.
CTR- click-through rate is the ratio of the number of times visitors
of your website click on merchants' advertisements to number of impressions.
For example, if one out of 100 people who visit your website clicks on merchants'
links, the CTR is 1%.
EPM - Earnings Per Thousand Impressions. This figure shows the amount
of money you have earned by the time merchants' ads were shown on your website 1000
times.
EPC - Earning Per Hundred Clicks. This figure shows the amount of money
you earned by the time merchants' ads were clicked by your website visitors
100 times.
You can also track the daily revenue of each of your websites. To view the
daily performance for any of your websites, please do the following:
1. Open the website detalis in "My sites" section of "My Office".
2. Click the "View Invoices" link.
You will see the list of all invoices for this website which allows you to see your earnings for a specific date and specific program.
Invoices for every website are generated by eProfit daily.
The table of invoices displays the following parameters for each invoice:
Invoice ID - the identification number of the current invoice (for
system purposes only)
Website Name - the name of the website this invoice belongs to
Program Name - The name of the program who pays the commission
Amount - The invoice amount
Date - the date when the invoice was generated
Paid - shows if the invoice was paid
Invoices can have 3 statuses:
paid - the merchant has sufficient funds on his/her account and the invoice
was paid automatically.
not paid - the invoice was generated after the merchant had run
out of funds on his/her account and was not paid.
suspicious - this invoice can be marked as suspicious and will not be
paid automatically if there have been too many actions of the same type from
one visitor (with same IP). These cases are investigated by eProfit administrators
and the invoice will not be paid until it is clear that the case is not fraud.
eProfit allows you to view the performance of any advertising zone belonging
to your affiliate site.
1. To do this, open one of your websites in "My Sites" section of
"My Office" by clicking on its name.
2. Click on the "Adv. zones" link. You will see the list of all advertising
zones for the current website.
3. Navigate through the list to view statistics for each zone.
The advertising zone statistics table displays the following data:
impressions - the total number of times merchants' advertising materials
were shown within this zone.
hits - the total number of times the pages of merchants' websites have
been viewed after their ads in this zone were clicked.
clicks - the number of clicks on the ads within this zone.
leads - the number of actions (registrations, sign ups etc.) completed
on merhcants' websites by visitors who clicked on their ads within this advertising
zone.
sales - the number of purchases made on merchants' websites by visitors
who clicked on the ads within this zone.
sales amount - total amount (in USD) of purchases made on merchants'
websites by visitors who clicked on the ads within this zone.
preorders - the number of preorders placed on merchants' websites by visitors
who clicked on the ads within this zone.
visitors - the number of visitors (users with unique browser cookies)
who came to merchants' websites by clicking on their ads within this zone. This
is tracked in the following way: the number of unique visitors per day is multiplied
by the number of days this zone has existed within this website.
commissions - the total commissions amount paid to you for promoting
merchants' programs by showing banners within this zone.
CTR - click-through rate of the advertising zone (percentage). Click-through
rate is the ratio of the number of times users click on merchants' advertisement
to number of impressions. For example, if one out of 100 people who views ads
in your advertising zone clicks on merchants' links, the CTR of the advertising
zone is 1%.
EPM - Earnings Per Thousand Impressions. This figure shows the amount
of money you earned by the time ads in this advertising zone were shown 1000
times.
EPC - Earnings Per Hundred Clicks. This figure shows the amount of money
you earned by the time ads within this zone were shown 100 times.
In order to participate only in programs which would bring you profit, you
can view its statistics and evaluate if it is worth working with this program
or not.
To view affiliate program's statistics, find a program you would like to participate
in and open its details.
The affiliate program statistics table displays the following data:
impressions - the total number of times all of programs' advertising
material were shown on affiliates' websites.
hits - the total number of times the pages of programs' website have
been viewed.
clicks - the number of times affiliate's websites visitors have clicked
on programs' links.
leads - the number of actions (registrations, sign ups etc.) completed
on programs' advertised website by visitors reffered by affiliates.
sales - the number of purchases made on advertised website by visitors
from affiliates' websites.
sales amount - total amount (USD) of purchases made on the advertised website.
visitors - the number of visitors (users with unique browser cookies)
who came to the advertised website. This is tracked in the following way: the number
of unique visitors per day is multiplied by the number of days (7, 30 or the
time this program has been running at eProfit).
commissions - the total amount of commissions paid to all affiliates
for promoting the current program since the program was started at eProfit.
CTR- click-through rate of all advertising materials shown on this affiliate
websites (percentage). Click-through rate is the ratio of the number of times
users click on program advertisements to number of impressions. For example,
if one out of 100 people who sees program ads clicks on your links and is taken
to the advertised website, the CTR is 1%.
EPM - Earnings Per Thousand Impressions. This figure shows the amount
of money the merchant paid as commissions by the time his/her ads were shown
1000 times.
EPC - Earning Per Hundred Clicks. This figure shows the amount of money
the merchant paid as commissions by the time his/her ads were clicked 100 times.
