My Merchants

This section allows you to view and manage merchants' affiliate programs you currently have relationship with. These include programs whose ads you are currently showing on your website(s) or with your applications or their applications pending, approved or rejected. You can change the status of almost any relationship, e.g. stop participating in any program or resend an application to a program you have broken relationship with.

Viewing merchants' programs list

You can access the list of merchants' programs you have relationship with by clicking "My Merchants" link of "My Office" section.
Your site the programs have relationship with is displayed on the left, and the the merchant's programs are on the right.

Using the drop-down menu you can filter programs in the following way:
Show all programs- All programs that have any kind of relationship with your website(s). Depending on the relationship status you can reapply to participate in a program, approve or reject program invitation for participation or cancel your application.
Show programs with invitations only - Merchants' programs that have sent you invitations which you have not approved/rejected yet. You can approve/reject an invitation by clicking the appropriate button under the program info table. In both cases a notification message will be sent to the merchant.
The number of pending invitations is also displayed on "My Office" main page opposite the "My Merchants" link.
Show active programs - Programs you are currently participating in and whose ads are shown on your website(s). You can stop this relationship using the "Cancel" button. Later you will be able to apply for participation in this program once again.
Show programs that rejected your application - Programs that have rejected your application. If a program has rejected your application it will show up in the list, but you do not have the possibility to apply this program anymore. The merchant is the only one who can try to reinititate relashionship by resending you an invitation to his/her affiliate program.
Show programs I rejected - Programs whose invitations you have rejected. You can apply to one of these program if you choose to reinitiate the relationship..
Show programs with pending applications - Programs you have applied to. The merchants are going to consider your applications..

The right drop-down menu allows you to select the sites you would like to view merchants' programs for.

The picture between the two tables denotes one of the following:
Active relationship - one of your sites is engaged in merchant's program. Merchant's ads are shown on this website. The program status can be "Not Active" - in this case program's banners are not shown on your website until the merchant reactivates it.
Approval Pending applications - you have sent an application to participate in merchant's affiliate program. The merchant is going to approve or reject your application.
Approval Pending invitations - you have received an invitation from the merchant to participate in his/her program, please approve or reject it by pressing the corresponding button.
Declined Relationship - the relationship between your site and merchant program has been canceled by one of the parties. You or the merchant can try to reinitiate the relationship by sending an invitation/application to the other party.

The website table to the left displays the following info:
Site Name - the name of one of your affiliate websites.
Status - your site status - "Active", "Not Active", "Approval Pending".
Approve programs - program approval method. Possible methods:
"All" - all affiliate programs are allowed to display their banners on your website. When you send an application to this program, your website will be automatically approved.
"By category" - only the programs that belong to the same category as your website are automatically allowed to advertise on your website. When a merchant sends you an invitation to participate in his/her program, his/her program is automatically approved in case it belongs to the same category as your site.
"Manual approval" - you gain full control over which programs are showing advertising materials on your website. You decide whether to join a specific program or not.

The program table to the right displays the following information:
Program Title - the name of the current site
Program Status - the current program status.
Active - the program is active. Its advertising materials are shown on affiliate's websites.
Temporarily blocked - this program has been temporarily blocked because of insufficient funds on merchant's account. The camapign will remain blocked until the merchant has added enough funds to his/her account.
Not active - the merchant has suspended the affiliate program for some reason. Advertising materials are not displayed on your websites. The program will remain inactive until the merchant activates it again.
Accept Sites - sites approval method. The merchant selects the way he/she would like to accept affiliates' sites for partcicpation in affiliate programs.
Possible methods:
"All" - the merchant automatically accepts all affiliate websites to participate in the affiliate program.
"Approve by category" - the merchant accepts websites from the same category with his/her program only.
"Manually" - the merchant manually selects websites he/she would like to invite for participation in his/her affiliate programs.
